How this works · in one paragraph

WINDI does not hold the proof. The Forensic Ledger does. When you press Publish & Seal, a SHA-256 hash of the page content is written to a public, append-only log alongside your DID. That entry is timestamped by an independent system and cannot be modified — only superseded by a new entry in the chain. To verify, anyone fetches the receipt by ID and checks the hash against the live page. If they match, the page is what it claims to be. If they don't, you know.
